  Green Homes   Newcastle Home Builders was started in 2005, to address a specific need for “green homes” in greater Des Moines, Iowa, and the surrounding area. Newcastle Home Builders creates superior custom homes, which meet the needs of those who are concerned about energy costs, as well as those who desire quality, custom-built homes.
  Company Background   Newcastle Home Builders is wholly-owned by The Elview Company. The Elview Company provides quality construction services in central and western Iowa, and has been a member of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and Master Builders of Iowa (MBI) since 1961. Our officers are Dan Bush, President, and Bryan Wiuff, Vice President.
